Dr. Parvez Kosgi – CEO & Director

Dr. Kosgi brings in immense experience of over 1.5 decades in clinical research. He is a medical graduate from Mumbai University with a master’s degree in Health Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He began his career by working as an external consultant for UNICEF for various health & development projects including vaccine programs, rural sanitation, maternal health, women and children’s health. Later he successfully steered the academic maternal nutrition study on fetal origins of adult diseases funded by Welcome Trust and conducted by a joint venture between University of Southampton and pediatricians from India. With over a decade of experience in the pharma industry.

He is one of the few names in India who has led the biosimilar pipeline of clinical development from Interferons to the monoclonal antibodies; which are now in the Indian market and many other geographies outside India. He has led large teams in clinical development of biosimilar products, pharma products (small molecules) and stem cell products. Before taking up the responsibility of Edenwell Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd, he was heading the Clinical Research Group in Reliance Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Kamlesh Londhe – COO & Director

Mr. Londhe has attained his post graduate degree in Pharmacy (specialization in Pharmacology). He has more than 15 years of clinical research experience in both Pharmaceutical & CRO industries, including global Project Management at ALTANA Pharma, UCB, PRA, RELIANCE& LAMBDA across multiple therapeutic areas

He has displayed astute leadership skills in various projects carried out under his guidance. His unique and extensive industry/CRO research experience allows an integrated and proactive approach to the management of clinical studies. His in-depth understanding of the processes and execution of therapeutically complex trials at both the investigative site and CRO level enables him to ensure the delivery of high quality Project.

Dr. Chandra Viswanathan - Chief Scientific Advisor, Medical

Dr Chandra Viswanathan is subject matter expert in the area of Regenerative and Transfusion Medicine. She is currently associated with Edenwell Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd as the Chief Scientific Advisor.

After completing her MD in Pathology, and PhD in applied biology from the University of Mumbai, she was Professor and Director of Transfusion Medicine at the L.T.M. Municipal Medical College & Hospital, where she successfully spearheaded the component separation of blood and voluntary blood donation initiative. She then successfully ran the only Blood Plasma Fractionation

facility in India that produced several lifesaving blood products, mobilized blood plasma from various blood centers, improved componentization across blood centers and its rational use through several training programs. She has 30 plus years of experience in this domain. Dr Chandra played a key role in the design, set up and operations of the plasma fractionation project at Reliance Life Sciences, which now manufactures Albumin, Immunoglobulins, factor concentrates, Fibrin Glue etc.

Until recently, she was leading the Stem cell Research and Clinical translation at Reliance Life Sciences. As head of the Regenerative Medicine group, she provided a strong leadership for the establishment and operations of the first Public Cord blood stem cell bank in India, and successfully rolled out several cell based products for areas such as in peripheral Vascular Disease, non-healing ulcers, Limbal and Conjunctival stem cell deficiency, hematopoietic stem cell expansion, etc. As a member representative of various international professional bodies, she plays an active role in promoting cellular therapy to researchers in the APAC area. As a member of the various government bodies, she participates in the development of Stem cell regulations in the Indian context.

Dr Chandra Viswanathan has over 70 full text publications and has been an invited speaker at several national and international meetings and symposia, in the area of blood banking, stem cell banking, and plasma fractionation etc.

As a keen clinician and an avid researcher, her goal is to bring new and innovative laboratory advances to the patients' bedside.

Dr. Sunil Chaudhry – Advisor, Regulatory Affairs

Dr. Chaudhry has experience in Pharmaceutical industry in various portfolio such as post marketing trials , regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance for about 25 years. He worked in Top corporates such as Wockhardt Limited ,Bayer Health Care and Reliance Life Sciences. He has been trained by Bayer AG in Germany and Singapore particularly on various technical and soft skills. He is recipient of Significant Performance Award from Wockhardt in 1995 , Medical associate of year in 2001 from Bayer Singapore. Dr Chaudhry has expertise in teaching where he has experience of over 37 years. He has trained medical students, physiotherapy students, nursing students , dental students , pharmacy students and medical representatives over past many years. Now he is recognized teacher for Indian Medical Association Thane.

Dr. Vaijayanti Gaikwad – Head, Quality Assurance & Site Management Services

Dr. Gaikwad is a medical graduate from Mumbai university. She is a dedicated clinical research professional with 12 years of experience in clinical research and over 12 years in clinical practice. She has rich experience and expertise in ensuring compliance with the applicable Global Regulatory standards and ICH-GCP in all the Clinical Development programs she has managed in her career. With excellent communication and management skills Dr. Gaikwad has delivered successful outcomes in clinical research. She is a result oriented and highly motivated team player with problem solving and analytical skills.
